HOW DO I CANCEL MY CONtv SUBSCRIPTION?

For VIP Subscriptions Purchased through the CONtv Website

 

If you have a paid CONtv subscription that you purchased through our website and want to cancel your subscription, go to our website at CONtv.com and log in with your user credentials.  

Click on your account name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select "Your Account".

 

 

In the Subscription box of the "Your Account" section, you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button.  Click the button if you are certain you want to cancel your membership.

 

 

If you purchased your VIP subscription through the iOS app, Android app, or Roku app, that means you will need to access your personal iTunes, GooglePlay, or Roku account to cancel the subscription.  CONtv Support will not be able to cancel your VIP subscription for you.  Follow the directions below to cancel your VIP subscription if you purchased it through any of our apps.

 

For VIP Subscriptions Purchased Through the CONtv iOS Apple App

 

On your Apple mobile device

1. On the Home screen, tap Settings.

2. Tap iTunes & App Store.

3. Tap your Apple ID

4. Tap View your Apple ID. You might need to sign in.


                            

5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.

If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed through the CONtv website or Roku channel. In this case, please see instructions for cancelling your VIP membership on CONtv.com, or through the CONtv Roku app.

 

                           

 

6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage, in this case, CONtv.

7. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.  Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

          

                            

Keep in mind that uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription. In order to avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription using the process above.

 

On your Mac or PC

 

Click to open iTunes and sign in to your Account Information, or use the steps below:

1. Open iTunes.

2. Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.


                              

3. Click your name, and select Account Info from the drop-down menu.


                      

4. Enter your password again.

On the Account Information screen:

1. Scroll to the Settings section. 

2. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.

If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. 3. Choose the subscription you want to manage, in this case, CONtv.

4. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.

For VIP Subscriptions Purchased Through the CONtv Android App and GooglePlay

 

On your Android mobile device

 

1. On your android device, launch the Google Play Store.


2. Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions


3. Select CONtv to view additional information about your subscription, including the expiration or renewal date.


4. From this screen, you can change your payment method for your VIP subscription or cancel your subscription.

Keep in mind that uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription. In order to avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription using the process above.

 

On your PC

 

1. Go to payments.google.com.

2. Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and then click "Cancel subscription" on the following screen.

 

 

Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

 

For VIP Subscriptions Purchased Through the Roku Channel Store

 

From the Roku player (using a Roku remote that does not have a * button)

 

From the Roku home screen, select Channel Store

Select the CONtv Channel

Select “manage subscription”

Select “cancel subscription”

Since subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable you may choose to either cancel the subscription and immediately remove it from your home screen or cancel the subscription and keep it for the active (paid for) period.

 

From the Roku player (using a Roku remote that has a * button)

 

Browse and highlight the channel you wish to remove (CONtv)

Press the options (“*”) button on your remote control

Select “manage subscription” from the options menu

Select “cancel subscription”

 

From a web browser using your Roku Account

 

Sign in to your Roku account at https://my.roku.com

Click on “Manage Your Subscriptions”

Select the subscription channel to cancel (CONtv)

Click “Cancel Subscription”
